build lighting glich

Hello! I have noticed my game is very weird regarding lighting recently(after the HS years update), and it is even worse in build/buy mode. I tried removing cc, lighting mods, and gshade, but none seem to fix the lighting issue in build/buy. Does anyone know what is causing this? I really need some help as I have NO clue what this is from. I have lighting on very high and all other settings on high. I am also playing on an HP laptop.
