Build Mode...WHERE ARE YOU?!?

After the most recent update, I loaded up and build mode was GONE. The toolbar, doesn't exist. I've offloaded the game, reset everything. Deleted mods and CC, still no build mode toolbar.

I'm a little frustrated, and not quite sure what to do. Don't get me wrong, I love the pre-fabricated homes the game gives us, but...i also really enjoy making a custom space for my lil sims to live in and I can't.

Help?

    @tentacleboii Are the inventory and things in that area also bugging out for you as well? I'm having what sounds like the very same problem yet things like my needs aren't showing up either now.

    @tentacleboii I found similar problems and one person said to delete UI cheats because it bugs things out it worked for me and I hope it will work for you if it's still in your mods folder!!
