Building Bug

There seems to be a bug/issue in build mode (mac). I cannot move anything without it bugging (disappearing) and then it will reappear in its original position when you go live. I also cannot alter the terrain at all to make it flat. I cannot bulldoze the terrain or lot either - it goes to an endless loading screen.
