[Calendar] Festival/Events Times & Game Out of Sync

Since the July 3rd update, I have noticed that the calendar is out of sync. Festival Times are listed at odd times (usually early morning) and the flyer time does not match. (example in attachments)....

@simplymaddiem Using the game speed option can unfortunately permanently break the time in the save. It's not advisable to use it.

Only way to transfer is via CAS but that will make you loose relationships
