camera wont rotate

Sims 4 cameras not rotating!! My sims 4 camera wont rotate at all. I use the sims 3 camera mode in game but I tried to switch to the sims 4 mode but that didn't work either (it still wont rotate on ...

    @siena0304  With the Sims 3 camera, try holding the crtl key and right-clicking (or two-finger clicking).

@siena0304 With mine, it shows that it's trying to, (Showed the camera with the circling arrow, but it showed two of them. One moved with my mouse, one remained stationary where I originally clicked.). I just reloaded into my game because it was being glitchy due to me leaving it alone for a while. I'm going to try reloading it.

@MsMisc reloading didn't work, so I repaired the game. That seemed to work.
