Can’t interact with or self interact with sim

So I am on the 5th generation of my save.  I have one sim who can interact with objects and other sims, but she can’t self interact and other sims can’t interact with her.  Reset sim doesn’t work, and with testing cheats on, the only shift click option is to reset object.  I don’t have any mods.  Is there any way to fix this without losing the save file or the sims?
