If I'm understanding you correctly, you're looking for a sim with CC?
If that is in fact the question, you have to have the CC in your The Sims 4 folder. Sims 4 Sims with CC don't transfer with CC like they did in TS3. Much like when you download a sim that uses clothing from packs you don't own, the game either replaces it with something similar or leaves the sim bald.
