Cc sims are hard to find since most are paywalled. And a lot of them don't look like the thumbnails even when you get them due to filtering, editing and HQ mod.
Tsr actually does have sims for download, but if I remember correctly they do link the cc but you have to download it all individually one by one.
I don't know any particular place besides tsr.
