Cannot live in city appartement while being landlord (For Rent)

I moved my sim into an appartement in San Myshuno after she already owned several resentential rental lots.

As soon as I arrived I was unable to see the details of my owned lots or move new people into the lot I vacated.

So now my sim can't live in a ''old style'' appartement? Is this another bug?

I tried it with and without mods. No change.

    @crinrict Ok, thank you taking the time to look. I guess I will just keep playing a broken pack hoping they will fix the issues.

    @ldypandora If you want to report stuff in the bug forum, make sure to fill out the form and make one thread per issue.

    Check the compiled list for anything that already has been reported.
