Cannot load household

Question

I cannot play one of my households. This happened a few nights ago. After I saved the household I loaded a new game to build a home. A few hours later I then returned to the household and was stuck on the loading screen. The plumbob just spins and spins.

To begin troubleshooting, I loaded the save and attempted to play a different household. I was successful and created a new save to have as a back up and restarted the game. I resumed this save, went to manage worlds to enter the household that I couldn't open, and still could not. I've repaired the game in Origin, opened the game, disabled mods, and still cannot play the household. I can enter the household's lot through build mod. One of the Sims in the household was at a community lot it and it loaded, but when I had the sim return home it was stuck on the loading screen. I have also tried restoring the save to an earlier save prior to this issue, but that also did not work.

Around the same time I was having this issue, after installing Eco Lifestyle, the gym and library in Willow Creek had an orange triangle with a disappearing lot. I replaced them with gallery lots. Not sure if this is necessary in troubleshooting, but something I noticed in terms of glitches.

I'm sure the household is corrupted in some way, but I'm not sure how I can repair it. I'm on Windows 10. This is one of my legacy playthroughs and so I'd really like to get it working ☹️

@hann0rz64 Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

@crinrict&nbsp;&nbsp;thanks for the reply.&nbsp;I've deleted all of the LastException files I had, 9 in total.&nbsp;Unfortunately, trying to load the household did not yield new LastExceptions. The latest exception is from 12/27, the night prior to experiencing the issue.&nbsp;I did toy around with the household and I think one of my sims in the household is the issue. With the one sim that was on a community lot, I traveled to various other community lots with individual members of the household (5 in total) and the lots loaded fine. When I attempted to travel with one of them, the mom, the spinning resumed. I rebooted the game, traveled to a different community lot, used the option to force the mom sim to the lot, left her there, and had the other sim travel to the household home. I saved a file where the mom was at the park and another where she was home. The first one loaded, the second did not. Using the first one, I brought the mom home, attempted to have her travel to a community lot, and the spinning resumed.&nbsp;Would there be a way to upload the household file as the bug? If so, how can I find it? And, should I submit that last exception from 12/27?&nbsp;Thank you for your help!&nbsp;

@hann0rz64  I can look into it to see if I find anything on the save.Just upload the save file to a file sharing site such as google drive or onedrive (please no mediafire) and PM me the link.
