cannot load saves, already checked mods but issue still persisting

hello all, for some reason when I try to enter a save game i downloaded there's a popup which says error code : 102:2e366d48:e59300f2, and I cannot enter any households. I can view the worlds and map...

consistentduck​ Please do this exact test:

  1. Rename the user folder (the one Mods is inside of)
  2. Start the game
  3. Select NEW, make a household, and move them in

Does that let you place a household? If it does:

  1. Copy your saves files from the old folder into the new one
  2. Start the game
  3. Select your previous save file and test loading a household that you never played before

Does that work?

If it does:

4. Try loading a household you did play before
