Can't figure out why...

Googling this issue didn't really help, there are different ideas and theories but none helped me solve this problem. Here I am using existing item and just want to change texture. I exported existing texture, added new one in Photoshop without changing resolution or anything, imported it back to Sims 4 studio and there it looks fine. Not perfect but I would expect some smaller blurring, exactly as it is on left side of my pic, in sims 4 studio. It's fine, acceptable. However, when loaded in game, this texture blurring increases exponentially, with no apparent reason. It's the same object in studio and in game, same uv map etc...Also, in game I am keeping all graphic options on high and I am using uncompressed textures option. I have no clue why game distorts texture that much that should look the same is it looks in studio. Anyone knows reason/have a solution? :)
