Can't interact with other sims - mac

Let's say i'm using Anna (Sim 1). I want her to interact with Stephanie (Sim2). When I click on Anna all her interactions pop up, but when trying to make Anna interact Stephanie on command, Stephanie's interactions don't pop up. Is there a way to fix this?

side note: when i'm Anna and i click on herself, her interactions take 3 seconds to load.

my macbook model : MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

(I HAVE MODS AND CC INSTALLED)

    @leticiach This is most often a result of outdated or wrongly installed mods. Mod updates are listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC . But you may also need to check your mod installations to make sure you have all the files that complex mods need.

    You can double check that it is a mod issue by testing vanilla
