Can't interact with other sims or pets

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back.

Does it run on a fresh folder without putting anything back ?yes i did.
and yes i tried it before and after putting this back and it worked for a bit then stopped working again.
- @StonerLezz823 Did you try just putting your save back (no mods/cc yet and see if it works that way ? Try on a backup of your save as everything will be removed without your cc.
