Can't load new world "Life & Death"

Ravenwood won't load for me. I have repaired my game and removed all mods, but when I try to travel to/manage worlds select the new "Life & Death" world Ravenwood I get stuck on a white screen with f...

    @xtinytim1 If you get a white world from start with a new world, it's usually an outdated version of TOOL.

    Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?

    @xtinytim1 Be sure to delete it every time you remove or replace a file in Mods.
