Can't move objects up and down (with 9 or 0 keys)

Hey, I have the bb.moveobjects on and when I try to move objects in build mode with 0/9 it just moves me to the lower/upper floor.

I checked if my num lock is on.

I did try Alt+0/9 and ctrl+0/9 none of them is working as well.

Also, I play with the sims 3 camera.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
