Can't move to a new lot

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have Eleanor Sullivan stay over, cancel the stay over to make her leave, then try moving to a new lot
What happens when the bug occurs? The game gets stuck after confirming moving to a new lot
What do you expect to see? To be able to move to the new lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hello, I'm experiencing a weird issue.

I had Eleanor Sullivan staying over a long time ago, she left and everything was fine.

After installing For Rent, she is suddenly back as a member of my household, but she is not actually there. 

I tried organizing a stay over with her then cancel to see if it would solve it, but didn't work.

The main issue is that I'm trying to move to a new lot, and when I do the game freezes after I confirm moving.

I also recently moved my save from MAC to PC, maybe it has something to do with that?
