Can't place some CC after latest update :<
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem (hopefully, we're allowed to discuss it?), but after the most recent update I can not place CC beds :( I haven't tested to see if other CC has issues but...

Get Sims 4 Studio and run a batch fix on the beds. The patch changed the code that the CC talks to for beds (probably so cats can sleep on them), and the CC needs a repair.
