I started up my game today and made a new household for City Living and put them in homes. I tried to play them but it just went to the worlds screen. Then I got it to work twice and now it's back to pressing "Play Household", a load screen and then the worlds screen,

I took out my mods and the game worked perfectly. Then I put them all into the new mods folder and the glitch happened again. I guess I'll have to be without mods and CC until that glitch is fixed.

Then put your mods/CC back into the mods folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue. You could save your sims from the current game to your library then place them into the new save game. They will lose though any relationships that your sims has with sims not in their household, and will lose their inventory and collections progress. They will retain though their skills, reward traits, aspiration progress and their careers.Keep though a copy of your current save game for when a fix is released for the issue.

Have all of you with lot-loading issues removed all of your cc, too? I recommend taking EVERYTHING out, if you're having issues getting the patched game to work properly.Any script mod stands a VERY good chance at being broken, if it has a pre-patch filedate. UI mods, too. Update any mod or cc item you want to keep playing with, if one is available. At least check to see if it's been verified as working post-patch. And CC. I haven't seen a LOT of broken cc reports, but, I don't go a lot of places where I would, either. I have seen some. So there are problems at least POSSIBLE. CC is *usually* safer. But it melted when Dine Out came out, too. And other times. Check everything. Game's touchy, and an EP is a MAJOR update. Some things will be fine. But is not checking from scratch (vanilla game and add verified files back SLOWLY) *really* more important to any player than possibly losing (or, better plan, KEEPING) a 9th generation hood?(I don't mean that to sound snarky. I've just been fielding a lot of "OMG my game won't work" questions since the patch, a few repeatedly, and I'm a little frazzled.)Time is not on my side, today.

It would be good to do what SimGuruNick posted and share your save files with him.
To send your save file to the SimGuru, zip your save files into a zip folder, upload the zip folder to Dropbox , mediafire or google drive, then pm him the link to the files that you have uploaded.

If i have an hacked the sims 4 how can i put my household in the game?? Do i have to put the 'Tray' folder in game or one by one? Thanks for your time and have a good day! :D
