Can't play the household due to not loading from

The problem started a few months ago. I can load in to the sims without any problem and select a  household I want to play. When i do so, the game loads, but after a while i go back to the selcetion screen/worldmap and I'm back to choosing the household i want. I can't load into my played household.

I have tried to repair the sims; delete my mods/disable them. I even redownloaded the sims (partely to not take up so much storage of my cloud) and play fresh. I then but back al the old files (none were corrupted, but i kept having the same problem.

I don't have any crash files so i don't know what is wrong.

    After seeing someone with the same issue on the forum. I have found the problem.  I had two of the same mods at once. So i solved it and it runs again.

    HI nicolasghillem​ 

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    This is from a modded game. You seem to still have several outdated ones.

    I'm moving this to the mods forum so someone there can help you better.
