Cant play the sims

Can't play my game anymore. Hey, I hope someone could help me with the following problem: I just played the sims 4 and wanted to go to an event in mt. Komorebi, but when i were in the loading scree...

    I have a file from a week ago but since i have a played few hours I hoped that the bug can be fixed. If not I will of course load into this

    I can check if anything can be done but usually if you can't load anything it's a bit hard.
