every time I load my game my male sims are invisible , I have took all my mods out of my game and they are still invisible . I need help ...

my custom content isn't working.
I updated my sims 4, and all of a sudden all of the custom content deleted, and after multiple attempts of trial and error, I gave up. it just doesn't seem to work. please fix this!!!
