Cant send sims into a specific room

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs, stuff packs and most kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See link for the lot. Go to the bathroom with two bath tubs. Try to send a sim into it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pie menu does not open when clicking into that room in play mode.
What do you expect to see? The pie menu should open like it does anywhere else in the house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
So I built this house, moved a family in and noticed something is wrong with one of the bathrooms. I cant open the pie menu inside. Right outside the room I can open it just fine, send sim there too. But inside it does not work.
I removed all mods.
I removed the wall.
I switched doors.
I switched ground tiles.
Still happens.
Also the debug arch that acts as a main entrance of the lot cant be crossed by sims.

I downloaded the lot and tested it. I found the problem. You've used a debug curved fence section that has a footprint that extends into the house under the entire bathroom. I have it highlighted in the pic. You'll need to relocate the fence further away from the building so everything works right. I also found another problem. My sim could not pass under that big debug arch at the front center. That blocks sims, it appears, so you might want to change that too. I had to delete it so my test sim could enter the lot as there are no other entrances to the courtyard.
