I am having the same problem. Never had mods or custom content and recently updated game and noticed those are no longer careers you can go to with your Sim☹️ I have almost every pack as well.
I have the exact same issue. I started a new scenario today in a new save file and was excited to try out this aspect of the pack since I normally focus on CAS and Build/Buy things. I use no mods or CC. I do think this update has broken a lot of things; if I remember a lot of CC is broken that YouTubers I watch use.
I don’t have Get Famous, I was talking about the Interior Decorator career from Dream Home Decorator. I used to be able to follow my Sims to work and now I can’t. I play completely vanilla with no mods or CC, so I suspect that it’s due to the new update. I’ll just wait until EA does something to fix it and avoid that career for now.
Someone going to fix this sometime this century or...?

Job ends weirdly. The reveal bit never ticks off even though it gets done and client gets to the ready to talk stage. Once you do that job just vanishes, and you get no query to stay or leave.
After a good 10-20 minutes real time the job kicks you off the lot and decorator "earns 0" $ or whatever the units are supposed to be.
