Can't Upload Sims to Gallery with CC :( Please help?

I have the exact same problem. I was reuploading sims all the time with cc and then suddenly when I upload a sim, She doesn't show up in my library or the gallery it self expect I can see on my timeline that I saved/shared that sim that is invisible to others. I tried to contact EA Costumer Support twice, they didn't help much expect turning off the cc, but it doesn't make sense anymore then. Can you explain more detailed what do I need to do to solve this?

I had the same problem. On the left side of the screen when you're in the gallery or your library, there is a section in the options for filtering labelled Advanced. Click that. Under that, there is an option to include sims with CC. Its really annoying that you have to do that. I had to do it every time I went into my library. I agree with giving people an option not to see sims with CC but they shouldn't automatically not be included even in your own library.

I have been having the Same problems as you guys since December and still unable to upload a single thing with cc :open_mouth:



Its getting pretty ridiculous now as nothing anybody as suggested as worked at all and why it works for some and not others is frustrating :\
