- @Bluebellflora The Electronic Arts folder I meant, my bad sorry! Didn't change any origins folders.
did you ever solve this? i have the same issue and I'm trying to figure it out.
@majoflores123 The mods broken in 2022 won't be the same as those broken now. Please start at the current list for the July 23rd patch: Broken/Updated Mods & CC If you still need help after that, start a new thread.

I tried playing with mods disabled and it still happened, the careers selection menu still appears blank with blue squares. What can I do? i already tried repairing EA app and the Sims 4 game and it didn't work. I tried taking my mods folder in its entirety and it still happened. I tried making a different save and it still happens, I tried and order save and same thing, I can't get a job but in the saves where my character had a job they still do have a job, but I haven't tested if they do go to work or not.
@majoflores123 Please try this:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop or rename it
- Launch Sims 4
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
