Career: Tech Guru, Daily task not finishing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By joining the Tech Guru career
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to do daily task but it is stuck at "Not started" no matter how many times I try, even tried repairing the game and restarting Pc but still having the issue since days. It is also affecting my performance as it is progressing so slowly since daily task isn't getting done.
What do you expect to see? Daily task should progress while doing it and not be stuck at "Not started" And performance should progress normally ( a little faster than it is now ) when daily task is finished.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
