I tried hard to make this mod compatible. It uses almost nothing from the game directly and is made with all custom systems. Any mod that also gives you ownership of a specific lot is likely to conflict, but they might be used together so long as a single lot is not bought with both.
And further clarified by Carl in the comments:
I would not recommend buying a lot with 2 separate mods, however.
