Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unsure if this will happen for everyone, but my "create a sim" function is not working.
What happens when the bug occurs? the create a sim screen loads, but there is no physical sim onscreen. i can edit traits but not physical appearances.
What do you expect to see? I expect to edit appearances.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Attached is the screen that I see when I open CAS. I have restarted my computer, smashed my Origin cache, and deleted localthumbcache.package. Unsure what to do next, so any help is appreciated!
