Sims can’t walk through area with nothing visible blocking the path

What happens when the bug occurs? Only on the third floor the sim will not walk through, a thought bubble that shows they can’t pass will pop up
What do you expect to see? The sim to be able to walk freely as nothing is blocking their path
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
It only occurs on the third floor, my sims won’t be able to walk through, even if I remove all surrounding decor, I have removed the doors, lights, windows, stairs, literally everything and they will not move passed for some reason, I can’t figure it out for the life of me. I have vampire sims so I’m able to transport them to the other rooms in the third floor, they have no issues walking through the rooms themselves, or even to the side patio, but for whatever reason they can’t walk on either side of the stairs correctly.

In your 1st pic, I see a roof that appears to butt up against the room where your sims are getting the route block. So, I suggest you check to see if you have any roofs intruding into the room.
If that doesn't work, then, if you will upload the lot to the Gallery, I will download and take a look at it to see if I can find the problem. If you are willing to do that, just reply here with the name of the lot and your UserID if different from what you've used here (tricksterghoul).
