What happened when you tried the new Sims 4 folder?
Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162
Tried new folder just about now and my CAS is still messed up. I can only see my infant sim and the rest are not even showing on the little preview squares, can't click on anything to make them appear. Build mode seems to be working fine again so far.
- Operating System (Version): MacOs Ventura version 13.3.1
- Mac model: 13 inch MacBook Pro M1 (2020)
- Processor: Apple M1(not sure where to find this info but I think this is it)
- Memory (RAM): 8 GB
- Graphics: Apple M1, GPU, Built-In Retina LCD
Please let me know if the info provided is correct or not so I can list it correctly if it isn't.
I've also attached a screenshot of how my CAS looks like for reference.
Thank you!

After the game created a new Sims 4 folder, what content did you copy over from your previous Sims 4 folder to the new one? The screenshot looks 100% Mod related.- ximenarifai3 years agoSeasoned Traveler
Literally everything except the things the new game generated. I did check my mods before to see if they were up to date before though, and if they weren't I downloaded the newest version and installed that one in my game. So I'm so confused as to what might be causing this. No LE's either. Could it be cc related? This is another screenshot in game, you can see the thumbnails of all my sims but they are invisible in game.

The point of the new folder is to try a new clean game and if it works, find the culprit in your existing folder. The problem is one or more Mods, not a Mac issue. Moving to the Game & Mods forum for further Mods help if needed.
