CAS edit not working

Every time I go into cas edit mode it seems the top buttons don’t work. It won’t let me click on the top two categories ( body and the one below that shows the body with stars around it) and I can’t click the top 4 clothing categories either. I don’t know what to do.

I’ve removed my mods folder and I’ve also tried removing my sims 4 folder and start fresh and it still won’t let me click the buttons.

I’ve also tried repairing the game on origin.

the game did just update last night for me so I don’t know if that’s why I’m having these issues but I don’t know what to do please help. Should I uninstall the entire game altogether?

    @vven0mm Can you get a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    You say the game just updated - was it working before that update? What game version are you on now?

    Yes it was working a few days prior to the update. I’m on game version 1.101.290.1230

    here is a picture of my screen. Any category above the highlighted tops and tanks I am unable to click on. Thank you for your reply.

    @vven0mmHave you tried a game repair from your game library in Origin?



    Do you use icloud or any other cloud backup?
