CAS help

ok i have a lot of cc i know that whenever im customizing my sims like eyes, nose, ears,mouth and bodies too i have a like a lot of unnecessary amount of it for no reason and i have took out sliders and some face presets and stuff but still have this issue pls help what do i have to take out to minimize my scroll bar lol ik this is such a non issue but like its making my game load slower tbh and i dont even use any of it so yea
