CAS is taking forever to load.

So, cas was working perfectly fine until I downloaded some CCs, then when I got back on the game, it's infinite loading. So I searched around and saw something about taking out the mods folder to see if cas loads without the mods, and it does, meaning it's the mods, right? So I used Tmex's Better Exceptions and tried to use that to find any broken mods but I keep getting this possible cause "Server\routing\walkstyle\walkstyle_tuning.py". I tried deleting some mods or any other possible mod that includes walk style, like MMCC, but cas is still not working and I can't find the source. Is that probably the reason that cas isn't loading? Or is it the ccs I downloaded?
