CAS is very broken

After the latest update, my CAS is completely broken and won't let me do anything. If I'm in a household with multiple sims, all I can do is view the first sim; nothing else shows up. I have script mods turned off, so it has to be a piece of CC but I did the 1/2 method and couldn't find anything. Is anyone else having this issue?
