@mapachus_listous Try this, please, in this order:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it (to avoid getting confused in search results later)
    2. Run a Game Repair
    3. Launch Sims 4.
    4. Did a list of your mods/CC show up? Is there a save available if you select Load? If you get either of those results, see here to find the user folder your game is actually using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
    5. If the answer to that was "no," start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

If that works, start putting old content back:
    6. Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    7. Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

    If that works:

    1. Copy your old Tray files (this is your Library), Screenshots and Videos files.
    2. To test mods, copy the files into the new folder *in batches* with any mods they depend on (injectors and core mods, for example). Don't copy your old resource.cfg file. If you delete any mods from the new folder, delete localthumbcache. Check the instructions on 50-50 testing here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/INFO-How-to-Use-Mods-and-CC/m-p/13439356#FiftyFifty
