Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

@eken09 Can you load a different household within that save? As mentioned, choose Load Game instead of Resume, which will take you to Manage Worlds. Choose a different household that lives in a different world and see whether it loads. If it does, play it for a few sim-hours, then try to switch back to your main household.
