female upper body disappears when nude+male sims get random t shirt when nude?

Hi. I'm having a really strange CAS issue, and I can't figure out what cc is causing it. When i go into tattoos or take off all my female sims clothes their head and legs and hips still appear, but their entire upper body disappears. And when this happens the hair and eyebrows turn skin colored as well and kinda disappear. With male sims, when they're nude or i go into tattoos, their legs and hips are also fine and nude or whatever, but they get a random sweatshirt. I've tried looking or searching through my 300gb mod folder to find overlays or replacements that could be causing it but I can't find anything. I've tried batch fixes in sims 4 studio as well and still nothing is helping. I would try the 50/50 method but my mods folder is huge and is on a ssd external drive with a symlink which just makes everything extra complicated. I just need to find whats causing this. I would attach the pictures, but my post from yesterday got taken down for “violating polices”. I just wanna know what mod or cc could possibly be causing this. This all started after I fixed the issue of my sims default underwear being random cc.
