Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

I can load other saves just fine, just not my current one. The build doesn't use Off the Grid but it still doesn't load if i remove every lot trait.

@ghosthecker Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception file you see. (It's important to get rid of all of them because they'll hold stale data.) Try again to load this lot, which will hopefully generate a fresh LE. You can attach it to a reply here if you delete the file's first line.
