cc and mods aren't showing in the game at the startup
My cc and mods aren't showing in the game at the startup and I'm not sure why, Do you think you can help me? playing without cc and mods is quite boring so I could use some help

Every time i download a mod it doesn't work in my game and doesn't show at the startup of my game I think there's something wrong with the mods folder. After I copied the sims4 folder to my desktop nothing worked the same it's making me want to delete the whole folder but I don't want to lose the saved files I just cannot play without mods
@xq41uhi0fv8p A few questions to help diagnose your problem and get you to the right support place:
- Do you have some mods showing at startup but not others?
- Are all mods with a .ts4script file only one folder deep, for example, they're in Mods > Lot 51, but NOT in Mods > Lot 51 > BugLife.
- Do you have any subfolders of Mods also called Mods?
- Do you use anything like OneDrive?
- Are you on a Mac or a PC?
A screenshot of your Mods folder with the whole bar at the top showing the address of it would be helpful too.
