Cc doesn’t show up on saved sim.

ok I have an issue, have you ever had a piece of CC not show up for you in CAS, but whenever you load another sim in CAS it shows up for them ??

I know it sounds confusing, but I have hair that doesn’t show up for one of my saved sims  but if I load up a random sim in the same CAS or click start new game it shows up for the random Sim but not my saved sim.

is there a way I can fix this.
