After the newest update (08/08/2024) my custom content eyelashes dont fit on any of my sims' eyes anymore. It JUST happened after the newest update because i was playing a bit before and it was fine then. I think it's a game problem since all of the cc eyelashes I have installed do this even if they are in different categories or made by different creators. Does anyone have the same problem and possibly a solution?

This is fallout of the game patch August 8 fixing some problems with glasses that were probably related to the new Maxis eyelashes. It's likely to need a fix on modders' side. I imagine Andrew will be looking at whether a Sims 4 Studio fix is possible, and that various creators will start looking for solutions. It could take some time, though. Game auto-updated on me, again, and yep. CC eyelashes don't fit anymore
I was thinking maybe this meant they fixed the blinking issue, but no. Sims still can't blink either.

I am so upset this has happened and I wish I had stopped the update. I debated it and then just let it do its thing. Mistake. I refuse to remove my cc but I can't play the game like this. Its to weird and unnatural looking. I hope Kijiko comes out with a fix soon. I use hers most often.

Recently, with the new update my sims 4 cc lashes no longer perfectly line up with the shape of the eye. I'm not sure why this has occurred and whether or not it was done with purpose in order to encourage gameplayers to use the new lashes (which frankly, aren't very pretty). I hope that is fixed soon because these new lashes aren't very flattering or realistic, especially compared to the competing cc ones.

Well for me some MM eyelashes are also failing, I hope there is a fix soon 😢 .

same here! it definitely happened after the update because I have a photo of one of my sims from earlier in the day yesterday (I wanted to duplicate her features for her mom and sister - so I chose to do a side by side comparison) and she looked fine until right now when I first started the game. I updated the game last night before turning off my computer.

having the same issue ☹️ twisted cat has updated their lashes and they seem to work for me so I'm using those exclusively for now

have this issue too, if it helps miiko lashes still work the rest of the ones i have (kijiko) are all broken apart from uncurled ones
