No, I've never done this before or even heard of it. I've never had a problem before with any chairs, until very recently.

I can't exactly remember how the menu you need is called, but I believe it's Content Management. And under that tab there should be "Batch fixes" option. Select "fix CC chairs" (I think it should be the last in the list) and run it.
