@Meadowxtoye Please transfer the files again, except this time, zip the folder they're in before moving it to the USB. On a Mac, right-click on the folder and select Compress. When the .zip is on your Windows PC, right-click it and select Extract.
If that doesn't help, try downloading a fresh copy of one mod or cc item and add it to your Mods folder alone, then see whether it works.
