CC mods won't show up?

Hi, I've just started downloading mods for my sims game recently, and though I am having some troubles with getting CC that are specific to the sims to show up in CAS. I'll open the game and see it in the mods section, but in CAS they don't show up. I've already checked and none of the files are corrupt or in the wrong place, and I have other mods installed (MC command center, more CAS columns, and CAS custom background) that all run perfectly fine, it's just the CC mods that aren't working.  I've tried so many tutorials online already and none have worked, if anybody knows a solution please help!

I've attached 2 images of as example. I tried downloading a custom eyes mod from The Sims Resource, it's in the mod folder, it's not corrupted, but in CAS it does not show up anywhere.
