@Simmer3703 did you find a solution for this error? I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME ERORR, with the same code. PLEASE I WANT A SOLUTION. It appears when I try to get into university housing.

@crinrict do you mean if I add cc beds and computers? Yes, I edit the university housing when my sim lives.

  @HelenBreathe A lot of cc beds and computers (if not all) are outdated and need updating. Try removing them again and see if it then loads.
