My female aliens are all headless and i dont know what to do about it. I have downloaded mods but even without those their headless. My selfmade sims are headless but the npc too. The male aliens do have heads, just the female ones. How do i fix this?
@MangoCheese15 Install the current version of Sims 4 Studio. The batch fix is done in that and is accessed from the menus on top bar the main screen. Make sure that you don't use a batch fix on any default CC - only on nondefault CC. Sims 4 Studio has a website for support.

and it worked immediately👍 if you want no of those ea lashes just click a preset that has none and mold it to your liking
(i know this is 2 years old, but... well, it has been helpful for me now)
