I may have found a workaround/ temporary solution to this. The solution requires the usage of Deaderpool's MC Command Center mod.
For your pesky werewolves that have gone on a fashion kick and decided to wear CC shoes around town, you can try this method to remove them and realign your werewolves with their primal instincts. With MC Command Center installed, click on your werewolf, and click on the MC Command Center menu. From there, select MC Dresser > Randomize Part > Shoes to strip those eyesores straight off your pupper's pawsies. You can then close out of MC Command Center's menu, and the furry feetsies should be restored across all saved outfits. This is only a workaround, I'm afraid... the shoes may reappear and need removing again, but so far this method works for me.
