cc sim looks melted ? **photos attached**

i created a sim to play, and she looked perfectly fine in cas, and when viewing her household. however, once i am in live mode, all of the graphics and cc that she is wearing looks blended into her skin. i have looked through all of her outfits in live mode, and they all look like this. i have sims graphics on high, and these cc items work perfectly fine in cas. does anyone know what this sort of glitch this could be from?
