CC stoves and ovens become invisible

What happens when the bug occurs? I go to place a cc stove or oven and the counter is hollow and stove/oven becomes invisible.
What do you expect to see? Stove and ovens do not become invisible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hello, this issue is specific to all cc stoves and ovens. It does not happen to any regular game items. I can confirm that all of my cc is updated and not corrupt. I went through each and every cc item I have and removed any that were outdated and updated the ones that needed it. I have gone as far as uninstalling the game and adding only 1 cc stove into the mods folder to see if it still occurs. I have tried multiple stoves/ovens, only adding 1 to the game and removing the one I tried previously. When I uninstalled the game, I deleted The Sims 4 file to ensure that if there was something downloaded that I just couldn't find, it would be gone.
I am not sure if this started after any updates. I noticed it happening on 11/26/2022. I don't remember having to update my game prior to playing. I am at a complete loss. I spend 90% of my time building and decorating apartments and homes and about 10% of my time actually playing. If I can't put a stove or oven in the kitchen, I might just throw the whole computer out.
If someone could please help me. I have no idea what is wrong with my game.
